As we approach the 1 year mark for Shotgun Indoor Golf, we’ve grown at an extremely fast pace, on track to open our third franchise location already, all thanks to our wonderful community that gave us so many suggestions and feedback to help us constantly improve. This scale and growth needs to be complimented with advancements in booking systems and technology. Moving forward, we will be using migrating to a new booking system to provide unparalleled booking capabilities and more stable server connections with our software partners.

Registration / Log in At Shotgun Golf

If you were previously a customer of any Shotgun Indoor Golf Facility, your email address, contact number, and profile have already been imported to the new system. Please use the same email address and then use the “Forgot Password” function to create a new password. Otherwise, use the new registration link. After successfully logging in, you will be prompted to choose a Default Facility. This function is to prevent any accidental bookings of the wrong facility.

Booking / Confirmation Flow At Shotgun Golf

As part of our major booking system update, the process is now based on timeslots rather than the previous “calendar” view. Simply choose your preferred start time and duration, and the system will show you available options based on your selections. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unlock door link, just like before. The software will automatically turn on and unlock at your scheduled time—no code required! In the rare event of an error, a backup link to turn on the projector is also included, ensuring a smooth experience every time.

Memberships & Packages At Shotgun Golf

If you were previously a holder of a Membership status , or Heroes status, your perks and discounts have been transferred over during the account import. We are now offering a new range of membership packages, some of which include free hours packages! Packages are also available for purchase, which are automatically added to your account wallet, and useable and TRACKABLE directly from your booking main page.

Shotgun E-Giftcards

The Holiday season is here, and what better gift is there than the gift of quality time and golf. You are now able to purchase and directly send e-gift cards of any denomination to the recipient of your choice. This will come in an email in the form of a coupon code that can be redeemed by the recipient at the time of their next booking. If you have previously purchase a gift card on the old system, we will be resending those out to you shortly.

Profile

You will also be able to track and view your previous and upcoming appointments, along with your Door Codes! No more sifting through your email to find the correct unlock code!
