Questions golfers ask

I didn't get my access link email, how do I get into the facility?

The access link email is sent directly after a successful booking confirmation. If it is not in the email inbox that you registered with on the booking site, please check your spam / junk mail. The access link button works when you’re beside the front door, and 10 minutes before your chosen booking time.

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself and your clubs if you have them. Rental clubs are available at every location (see below). The access link email is sent directly after a successful booking confirmation and the access link button works when you’re beside the front door, 15 minutes before your chosen booking time.

How can I book rental clubs?

Rental Clubs are charged at $20/h per set of clubs. We have Mens, Ladies, and Juniors all in Righty / Lefty. Please book at least 1 hour in advance at: shotgungolf-club-rentals.zapier.app/order-form

Is the facility open 24/7, and do I need to make reservations in advance?

Yes, we are open 24/7 365 days of the year. Members qualify for 14 day advanced booking, and non-members (general public) can book up to 7 days in advance.

What is the cancellation policy for reservations?

Cancellations, changes, or refunds within 24 hours of the booking time are prohibited. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more info.

Which methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and require a credit card on file, even if making a booking with a gift card.

We currently do not accept prepaid credit cards to purchase booking time, memberships, credits, gift cards, or rental clubs.
