Questions golfers ask

How do I log in to book?

There's no password. Tap Log in on the booking site, type your mobile number and enter the 6-digit code we text you. The first time, the same step creates your account. Steps: how to log in with your mobile number. No code? Why your login code might not arrive.

How do I get in the door?

Unlock the door from your booking. On the booking site tap Account › My Bookings and open your booking: the Unlock door button appears shortly before your start time, once the booking is confirmed and paid. Steps: how to unlock the door from your booking and when the Unlock button appears.

Playing with friends? Send them their own door link from your booking so they can let themselves in: how to let your guests open the door. If the door won't open, the screen shows backup instructions and you can call the help line on the door access page.

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself and your clubs if you have them. No clubs? Add a rental set in the booking sheet when you book (see below). The Unlock door button on your booking opens the front door from shortly before your start time.

How do I get rental clubs?

Add them when you book. In the booking sheet, scroll to Add-ons, tap Need rental clubs?, then Choose clubs and tick each set you need. Sets are $20/h each, in men's, ladies' and juniors', right and left handed: available at all locations, inventory varies. Steps: how to add rental clubs when booking.

Already booked? Add or remove clubs from Account › My Bookings › Change › Add-ons, up until your booking starts: how to change add-ons after booking. More on the rental clubs page.

Is the facility open 24/7, and do I need to make reservations in advance?

Yes, we are open 24/7, 365 days a year. Everyone can book up to 7 days ahead; members book further ahead, up to 14 days on Standard and Pro and 21 days on Elite and Platinum. See the membership plans.

How do I cancel or change a booking?

Open Account › My Bookings on the booking site. Tap Cancel to cancel (you see exactly what comes back, and where, before you confirm), or Change to move it, change the length or players, or extend it. Guides: cancel a booking, move a booking, extend a booking.

What you can do online, and until when, follows our cancellation policy, which is shown in the booking sheet and in our Terms and Conditions. Late-cancellation and no-show fees are explained here: late-cancellation and no-show fees.
